Shift Group inaugurates its new offices in Bécancour
Bécancour, March 24, 2026 – The Shift Group celebrated last Wednesday the official inauguration of its new offices during a 5 à 7 gathering the mayor and municipal councillors of Bécancour, key partners, collaborators and clients. This reopening marks a strategic step in the evolution of the company, which continues to grow and affirms its role in the innovation sector.
The workspaces, completely redesigned, are now more open, collaborative and dynamic, to support the creativity and efficiency of the team. Designed to promote exchanges and the emergence of new ideas, these offices reflect the culture and ambition of Shift.
To reinforce this identity, the artist Maxim Charland has created three exclusive murals that embody the spirit, values and creative energy of the company, adding a strong visual signature to the new environment. The execution of the work, led by Léon Béliveau, allowed to give life to this new environment which faithfully represents the DNA of Shift.

With a team that now has 16 employees, Shift confirms its constant progress and commitment to offer its clients strategic, modern and tailored digital solutions.

Announcement of the new podcast: Downshift
During the inauguration party, the Shift Group announced the premiere of its brand new podcast, DownShift, a series 100% focused on innovation.
DownShift will be moderated by Stephanie Provencher, Executive Coordinator, and Francis Rondeau, President of the Shift Group. Together, they will create an authentic and accessible space where one takes a moment to reflect on innovation, understand the mechanisms behind decisions and learn collectively.
The podcast will give a voice to local business leaders, experts and change agents who will share their experiences, challenges and successes. DownShift aims to be a lively, collaborative platform deeply rooted in the reality of organizations that innovate.
