Founders

Shift Group was founded in 2017 by Yannick Rondeau, Francis Rondeau and Yannick Paradis, three computer technology enthusiasts. Their adventure began with the creation of a management software for a steel plant in Arkansas, marking the first step towards a company dedicated to digital innovation.

After a year of hard work, they opened their first office in Bécancour and hired their first employee. Since then, the company has been able to grow by carrying out major projects at both regional and international levels.

Today, with a team of 15 employees, Groupe Shift supports companies in their digital transformation, optimising their processes and helping them evolve in an increasingly digitalized world.
