📋 Job description
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated sales manager to join our team. You will be responsible for building our customer base, providing outstanding customer service, creating effective sales strategies, and representing Gemba-Walk at key events. If you are passionate about selling, have a strong persuasive capacity and want to play a key role in our growth, we want to meet you. 🚀
🎯 Daily tasks
- Canvassing and following up clients and partners: Identifying and contacting new potential clients, maintaining strong relationships with existing clients and our strategic partners.
- Sales strategy development: In collaboration with the Marketing and Communications Manager, design and implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed growth targets.
- Software demonstrations: Perform on-line or on-site demonstrations to demonstrate the features and benefits of Gemba-Walk.
- Customer service: Ensure new customers boarding, provide quality after-sales service, and solve problems quickly (sometimes in collaboration with our technical team)
- Updating our CRM: Keeping our CRM (Hubspot) up to date with all customer interactions and sales opportunities.
- Webinars: Prepare and host webinars to introduce the software and attract new prospects.
- Event Representation: Representing Gemba-Walk at trade shows, business events and other networking opportunities.

- Excellent communication: Perfect command of oral and written communication in French and English.
- Persuasion: Ability to convince and influence customers’ purchasing decisions.
- Multitasking: Ability to manage multiple clients, projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Organization: Orderly, structured and able to maintain up-to-date records.
- Creativity: Think outside the box to find innovative solutions and sales strategies.
